WHAT DO I WEAR?
You can wear or bring any comfortable, form fitting attire or fitness wear. There is absolutely No Nudity.
WHAT DO I BRING?
A towel or mat, high heels are optional. For safety purposes, please do not wear body lotions or oils.
WILL I LOSE WEIGHT?
You
may experience physical changes over time, however, Pole USA does not
promise or guarantee results of any kind. Our classes are designed for
fun.
DO I HAVE TO BE PHYSICALLY FIT TO TAKE A CLASS?
No, our classes are designed for all women to have fun.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
Pole
USA accepts Cash, Cashier’s Checks, Money Orders, Visa, Master Card,
American Express, Discover, and Debit Cards. You may also pay online
using the PAYPAL link on our website ( www.poleusa.com )
DO YOU TRADE SERVICES?
NO HOW DO I PAY?
Go
to the Contact Us page and click the service you want and you’ll be
connected to Pay Pal for payment. If you do not have a Pay Pal account,
just click ‘no’ and use your regular credit or debit card.
WHAT IF I DON’T WANT TO PAY ONLINE?
Mail
a Cashier’s Check or Money Order to: POLE USA, P.O. BOX 4201, MACON, GA
31208-4201. We DO NOT accept personal checks. Any personal checks
received in the mail will be returned to the sender.
HOW DO I PUT DOWN THE DEPOSIT?
Go
to the website: www.poleusa.com and click on Contact Us. In the box
marked Book Now, click on the Party Deposit or Six Week Deposit Tab and
follow the prompt. You may also mail a cashier’s check or money order
to: Pole USA, PO BOX 4201, MACON, GA 31208-4201.
CAN I CANCEL A CLASS?
You may cancel a class, but please be aware of our refund policy
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
Absolutely,
no refunds are given for our one hour classes. You may reschedule
within 14 days of payment, however there are no refunds. If you do not
reschedule, then your payment is forfeited.
WILL YOU HOLD A SPOT IN A CLASS FOR ME UNTIL YOU RECEIVE MY CHECK IN THE MAIL?
Unfortunately
Pole USA cannot hold any spots. If you mail your payment, the class may
be full by the time your payment is received.
WHAT DO I DO AFTER I PAY?
Once
you have provided all of your contact information to include your phone
number, email or fax number, and a point of contact, a representative
from Pole USA will contact you to finalize all details and tailor the
event to your needs.
CAN I COME AND NOT PARTICIPATE?
To
respect the privacy and safety of our participants, all Pole USA
classes and workshops are private. If you attend the class, you must
pay and participate.
DOES THE GUEST OF HONOR HAVE TO PAY?
YES.
CAN WE BRING ALCOHOL?
NO! We
DO NOT allow alcohol or drugs at any Pole USA event. For safety
reasons, we ask that you do not consume any alcohol or drugs before or
during an event hosted by Pole USA. We reserve the right to cancel or
refuse a party if alcohol or drugs are a factor.
WHAT IF SOMEONE FROM MY PARTY DOES NOT SHOW?
We do not give refunds for no shows.
CAN I CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE THE PARTY?
You
may cancel a private party, however, you are responsible for the NON
REFUNDABLE deposit. You may reschedule a party, but you must reschedule
within 60 days or the deposit will be forfeited and a NEW deposit will
be required
